This Privacy Policy ("Policy") explains how Lyceum Technologies Inc. or any of its affiliates or subsidiaries (hereafter collectively referred to as "Lyceum" "We", "Us" or "Our") Processes Personal Information collected from you.
This Policy applies to all the products, services, websites and apps offered by Lyceum Technologies Inc. and its affiliates/partners, except specified otherwise. 1. Definitions
"Controller" means the natural or legal person, public authority, agency, or other body which alone or jointly with others, determines the purposes and means of the processing of Personal Information.
"End-User" means any person or entity with whom you as a subscriber interacts with using the Service(s).

Lyceum collects Personal Information from you in the following scenarios:
- When you subscribe for any of Lyceum's Service(s) by agreeing to the Terms;
- When you submit web forms on Our Website(s) or as you use interactive features of the Website(s);
- When you provide testimonials, case studies, forms or information to us in other contexts;

3. Information Lyceum Collects That is Not Provided by You
User Details: When a User interacts with Our application, Lyceum tracks information such as IP, location, device information and browser information.
Event Logs: A log of all User-generated requests is maintained to debug in case the need arises. These log files are encrypted and will be retained for a period of three (3) months.
Information from other sources: Lyceum may also collect or receive your Personal Information from other sources such as business partners, publicly available sources, and third-party services.
4. Purposes for Which Personal Data will be Processed
Lyceum Processes your Personal Data in the following scenarios:
- to facilitate your access and use of the Website(s) and Service(s).
- to process and complete payment transactions.
- to provide customer service and support.
- to send you communication on your use of the Service(s), updates on Our Terms or other policies.
- to send you communication on new features in the Service(s) or new service offerings.
- to conduct research, analysis and development activities to improve Our Service(s).

5. Sharing of Personal Data
You acknowledge that Lyceum will share your Personal Data with its group companies and third-party service providers so that they may offer you Lyceum's Service(s).
Lyceum shares Personal Data with Our third-party service providers that host and maintain the Lyceum Website(s), applications, backup, storage, payment processing, analytics and other services.
Google Workspace Data Usage: Lyceum does not use any data from Google Workspace APIs to develop, improve, or train generalized or non-personalized AI or machine learning models.
6. Legal Basis
If you are a data subject from the European Economic Area, Our legal basis for collecting and using the Personal Information will depend on the Personal Information concerned and the specific context in which Lyceum collects it. Lyceum will normally collect Personal Information from you only where it is needed to perform a contract with you, where the processing is in Our legitimate interests, or where Lyceum has your consent.
7. International Transfer
Lyceum mainly Processes Personal Data in the United States of America. However, it may transfer Personal Data outside the United States of America for the purposes referred to in Section 4 and 5. Lyceum will ensure that the recipient of your Personal Data offers an adequate level of protection.
8. Retention of Personal Data
Lyceum retains the Personal Data collected where an ongoing legitimate business requires retention of such Personal Data. In the absence of a need to retain Personal Data, Lyceum will either delete or aggregate it or securely store your Personal Data until deletion is possible.
9. Security of Personal Data
Lyceum uses appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the Personal Data that it collects and Processes. The measures Lyceum uses are designed to provide a level of security appropriate to the risk of Processing your Personal Data.

You are entitled to the following rights:
- Right to be informed: You are entitled to know whether Lyceum holds your Personal Information.
- Right of access: You are entitled to obtain a copy of your Personal Information.
- Right to rectification: You are entitled to correct/update your Personal Information available with us.
- Right to erasure: You are entitled to get your Personal Information erased from Our databases.
- Right to data portability: You are entitled to obtain and reuse your Personal Information.
- Right to object/restrict processing: You have a right to object/restrict the processing of your Personal Information in some circumstances.
11. Privacy of Children
Lyceum recognizes the importance of children's safety and privacy. Lyceum does not request, or knowingly collect, any personally identifiable information from children under the age of 18.

Who owns the data processed by Hippo Rev?
Your organization retains ownership of its data at all times. Hippo Rev processes customer information only to provide the contracted services. We do not claim ownership of your business data or use it for purposes outside the scope of our agreement.
Is Hippo Rev ISO 27001 certified?
Yes. Hippo Rev is ISO 27001 certified, demonstrating that our information security management system follows internationally recognized standards for protecting customer information and managing security risks.
Does Hippo Rev use customer data to train public AI models?
No. Customer data is handled according to our contractual commitments and applicable privacy requirements. Data submitted through Hippo Rev is not used to train public AI models without explicit authorization from the customer.
Can Hippo Rev support our vendor security review?
Yes. Our team regularly works with enterprise procurement, IT, legal, and information security teams during the purchasing process. We can provide security documentation, answer technical questionnaires, and participate in vendor risk assessments as needed.
How does Hippo Rev protect customer information?
Hippo Rev uses multiple layers of security controls to help protect customer data, including encryption, secure authentication, role-based access controls, infrastructure monitoring, and regular third-party security assessments.
